[Orders] What’s your return policy?

Please click Request Return button on ‘Orders’ or email us at cs@tiam.co.kr within 14 days of the delivered date. Only products purchased on tiamglobal.com may be returned and 

returned items must be in their original packaging and condition (unopened and unused).  Please note that customers will be responsible for the delivery fee. 

We will only be responsible for the delivery charge if products are missing, damaged or incorrect. We will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days after we receive your return.
