My vitamin C serum isn’t clear. Can I use it? 

Our vitamin C serum contains high concentration of pure vitamin C so its color may change over time due to repeated exposure to light, heat, and air during storage. 

But it is a natural phenomenon that can only appear to pure vitamin C. It is safe to use and still has benefit for the skin. Please try to keep it in fridge to slow down the oxidation process.

My vitamin C serum started to bubble and spilt out of the bottle. What should I do? 

Occasionally the gas can be produced by hot temperature and a lot of movement during delivery and bubbles can be leaked when you open it with carbonation noise. 

But it is a natural phenomenon that can only appear to pure vitamin C and it is safe to use. Please try to store it in the fridge and use it within 3 months after opening.
